Getting Positive:

thinkingEliminating stinkin’ thinkin’ is the first step in obtaining balance in health, finance, career, family and Spirit. Change your thought process from a negative to a positive. Instead of saying “We are going to have a hard time adjusting”, say “We will come up with ideas that we will be happy about”. What your mouth speaks, your mind believes.

To shorten the positive thinking learning curve, place a rubber band on your wrist. The band will remind you to use positive words.  When you catch yourself with negative thinking/speaking, give the band a little tug while and say your new positive thought. Positive input equals positive output.
